The culmination of a week of protests and actions calling on Congress to create good jobs, stop cutting public services, and make big corporations and the rich pay their fair share, a crowd of thousands marched to Speaker Boehner’s office in Longworth House Office Building and attempted to meet with the Speaker to make sure that he hears from the 99%, not just the 1%.

On Day 3, activists and unemployed workers swarmed K Street, the lobbying center for the world’s most powerful corporations, to track down those responsible for crashing the economy and causing millions of 99%-ers to lose their jobs and homes–while failing to pay their fair share of taxes.
